BOSTON – The National Weather Service in Boston/Norton is forecasting heavy rain and winds for Thursday afternoon into Friday, October 14.

The heavy rain will result in urban street flooding.

The Friday morning commute may be impacted by the heavy rain, as well said the National Weather Service.

In addition, a period of southerly wind gusts of 30-45 mph or higher may result in the need for Wind Advisories for portions of southern New England, including MetroWest beginning on Thursday, October 13.
