WELLESLEY – The Framingham High boys cross-country team lost to both host Wellesley High and Weymouth High in a tri-meet on Wednesday, September 21.

Wellesley defeated the Flyers 26-67.

Weymouth defeated Framingham 39-67

Framingham is still without nationally-ranked runner Sam Burgess. The senior is still recovering from an injury.

Weymouth senior David Manfredi won the race in 15.48 minutes.

Wellesley junior Eli Merritt was the top Raider in 15.51 minutes and second overall.

Framingham senior Drew Hohenstein was 6th overall but the first Flyer across the finish line in 17:47 minutes.

Framingham sophomore Andrew Feinblatt was the second Flyer across the finish line in 19.24 minutes. He was 20th overall.

Framingham senior Micah Mayborn was 22nd overall. he was third for Framingham in 19.48 minutes.

The Flyers are scheduled to compete in the Manchester Invitational in New Hampshire on Saturday, September 24.

The Flyers will host the Timberwolves of Walpole High at Farm Pond on Thursday, October 6.
