FRAMINGHAM – The Framingham State volleyball team defeated Northern Vermont – Lyndon by a score of 3-0 in non-conference action Tuesday night in Logan Gymnasium.  

Framingham State 3, Northern Vermont – Lyndon 0 

Game scores were 25-4, 25-5, 25-3.  

Framingham State is now 7-4 overall.

Northern Vermont – Lyndon is still seeking its first win at 0-12.

INSIDE THE NUMBERS: 

  • The Rams were led by 15 kills from Anna Szymanski while Mya Jones chipped in three kills.  
  • Malia Shields led the back row with 7 defensive digs, while Emily Flaherty chipped six service aces. 
  • Kiara Mack led the way for the Hornets with two kills and a solo block.  

UP NEXT: 

  • The Rams return to the court on Thursday, September 22nd when they travel to Suffolk for a 7pm match. The Hornets will travel to Castleton for non-conference play on Wednesday, September 28th.
