FRAMINGHAM  – Benchmark Senior Living, the largest senior housing provider in New England, today announced that Shelly Mattscheck, CNA, of Framingham, has been appointed executive director of The Branches of Framingham, a Benchmark assisted living and Mind & Memory Care community. In her new role, she will assume operational leadership of the community.

Mattscheck began her assisted living career as a resident care associate at Benchmark 12 years ago. Since then, she’s led programming, resident care and operations for several assisted living communities throughout Massachusetts, including The Commons in Lincoln, a Benchmark continuing care retirement community, where she was the resident services director.

Mattscheck attended Salem State University, where she earned a bachelor’s in psychology with a minor in biology. She is married and has three children, including 5-year-old twins.
