FRAMINGHAM – The Saxonville Mills Cafe & Roastery owner plans to expand to downtown Framingham.

The Framingham License Commission unanimously approved Monday night a common victualler license for Andina Café, at 197 Concord Street in downtown Framingham

The hours will be 6 a.m. to 9 p.m., seven days a week.

Co-owner Cristian Barragan did not provide an opening date to the Commission.

Barragan owns Saxonville Mills Café & Roastery  and is co-owner of Andina Distributors Inc.
