1 Framingham High freshman Sasha Lamkina in her first-ever varsity race, won the tri-meet yesterday against Needham High & Newton North High at farm Pond Park in Framingham. The girls cross-country team however, lost both races.

2. The Framingham High boys varsity soccer team will play the first-ever game on the new Fuller Middle School turf fields today at 4:30 p.m.

3. The 11-member City Council, which typically meets on Tuesdays, had planned to meet on Thursday, September 8 due to the primary election. But the meeting agenda was not posted 48 hours in advance, so tonight’s meeting has been cancelled.
