Ryen and Molly have been on the the team since freshman year and Mikal since sophomore year.

“Ryen plays awesome defense and her stick skills allows her to get by her opponents and distribute the ball to the attack,” said Coach Sowa.

“Molly plays both forward and midfield and can be the inserted on offensive corners. Her skills allow her to easily play both positions,” said Coach Sowa.

“Mikal plays center midfield and is the one who basically helps deliver the ball to the attack from the defense using her stick skills and game sense to be in the correct position to find the open player,” said Coach Sowa.

Eric Adler is the Flyers starting goalie.

“This is his 4th year as starting goalie. As a freshman, he came up to varsity after a few games, because I had no goalie and was trying different people out at the position,” said Coach Sowa.

“The person playing goalie decided they didn’t like it, so I called Eric up to play with us, and he has been with me ever since. His brother Cam was my goalie the previous year,” said the head coach.

Framingham will battle rival Natick High on September 14 at 3:45 p.m. at Phil Read Field.

Seniors on the team will be honored at the home game against the Needham Rockets on Monday, October 24.
