FRAMINGHAM – Framingham Police arrested a Framingham man on drug distribution charges yesterday, August 24.

“This arrest was the result of an observant and proactive officer,” said Framingham Police spokesperson Lt. Robert Sibilio.

“This incident occurred outside in the area in front of 121 Worcester Road,” said Lt. Sibilio.

Arrested at 6:31 p.m. in front of Walmart was Hector M. Rojas, 34, of 102 Irving Street of Framingham.

He was charged with possession to distribute a Class B drug and possession of a Class A drug.

The drugs were Fentanyl and cocaine but needs to be “confirmed by testing at the state lab,” said Lt. Sibilio.
