FRAMINGHAM – The Framingham City Council last night, August 16 unanimously approved the re-appointment of Joseph Tersoni and Mark Gallagher to the Loring Arena Advisory Committee.
In July, Mayor Charlie Sisitsky nominated the two to another 3-year term on the 7-member Committee.
The Loring Arena Advisory Committee is comprised of members of the skating community representing the various user groups in Framingham including youth through adult hockey, figure skating, hockey operations, and municipal government.

Tersoni is the chair of the committee. His term now ends on June 30, 2025. He is a long-time skater, coach, and referee. he lives in District 8.
Gallagher is the former President of the Framingham Youth Hockey. He lives in District 6. His term ends now on June 30, 2025.
Other members of the Committee are
- District 4 resident Suzanne Brown and District 5 resident Eric Higgins. Both their terms end in June 2023.
- District 4 resident Don Trischitta, whose term ends in June 2024
- District 5 resident Robert Lewis and District 7 resident Frederick Stratmann. Both their terms end in June 2025.
