ASHLAND – Robert David Toce, 72, longtime resident of Ashland passed away Saturday August 6, 2022, at his home surrounded by his family. 

He was the son of the late David and Huegette (Mondon) Toce and husband of Margaret (Cialdea) Toce. 

Robert worked as a salesman at Theater Camera in Lexington, for many years and later worked for Enterprise Rentals and Bank of America.

He served his country honorably in the Army National Guard in the 1970’s.

In addition to his wife; he is survived by five children; Jennifer Toce and her husband Alan Johnson of Montpelier, VT, Melissa Hines and her husband Martin of Danvers, Wendy Hancock and her husband Thomas of Framingham, Heidi Hood and her husband Daniel of Upton, and Matthew Toce of Ashland, MA, grandchildren, Makayla, TJ, and Leah Hancock, Mia Hood, and Lily and Nora Hines, and was brother to the late Ronald Toce.

A funeral service will be held Saturday, August 13 at 10 a.m. in the Chapel of the Matarese Funeral Home, 325 Main Street in Ashland with urn burial to follow in Wildwood Cemetery in Ashland. 

Visiting hours will be held Friday from 4 to 7 p.m. in the funeral home.
