SHERBORN – A train collided with a car in Sherborn this morning, July 22 around 6 a.m.

Emergency crews responding to the area of North Main Street and discovered a cargo train that had struck a car, according to the Sherborn Fire Department.

Sherborn Fire Tweeted: “Sherborn Fire & Police working car vs. train on North Main Street. N Main St (Route 16 & Route 27) and Farm Rd are blocked by train and will be for several hours. Seek alternate route.”
