FRAMINGHAM – Framingham Police arrested a Framingham man on drug distribution charges on Tuesday afternoon, July 19.

Police arrested David Sheppard, 45, of 3 Merchant Road of Framingham at 1:22 p.m. at 43 Hollis Street.

An officer on patrol observed a drug transaction at the rear of 43 HollisStreet, said the Framingham Police spokesperson.

“After an investigation it was determined Sheppard sold pills (Gabapentin Class E and Clonazepam Class C) to another individual,” said Framingham Police Lt. Rachel Mickens.

Sheppard was charged with drug distribution of a Class A drug, Possession Class A, Conspiracy to violate the state’s drug laws, and drug distribution of a Class E drug.
