FRAMINGHAM – Framingham Police have arrested two individuals after a double shooting at McDonald on Route 30 on July 14.
On Thursday morning at approximately 12:45 a.m., the Framingham Police Department responded to the Route 30 McDonald’s (343 Cochituate Rd) for a report of shots fired. Shortly thereafter, the department was notified of two males at the MetroWest Medical Center, both suffering from non-life- threatening gunshot wounds. The investigation revealed that these two males exchanged gunfire in the
McDonald’s drive-thru, striking each other.
Moises Bautista, 19, of Ashland, suffered a gunshot wound to the leg. He was arrested Thursday afternoon and arraigned today on charges of assault and battery with a firearm, possession of firearm in felony, carrying a firearm without a license, carrying a loaded firearm without license, discharging a firearm within 500 FT of a building.

Tiago Xavier, 18, of Framingham, suffered a gunshot wound to the chest. He was arrested this
afternoon and will be arraigned Monday on charges of assault and battery with a firearm, possession of
firearm in felony, carrying a firearm without a license, carrying a loaded firearm without license, discharging a firearm within 500 FT of a building.
The two individuals arrested are known to each other and there is no further public safety threat.
The investigation remains ongoing at this time.
