ASHLAND – Jane Mackenzie Manganaro, 86, of Connelly Springs, NC, formerly of Ashland, passed away on Wed, July 6, 2022 at Carolina Rehabilitation Center. 

She was born July 12, 1935 in Suffolk County, MA to the late Joseph Gerard Mackenzie and Mary Hayden Mackenzie. She was the wife of the late Charles Paul Manganaro who died in 2016.  Jane was a member of Saint Cecilia Catholic Church in Ashland. 

She is survived by her children; Charles Manganaro and wife Suzanne of East Aurora, NY; Peter Manganaro and partner Alan DeMola of Reedsville; Jon Manganaro of Ashland; and Michael Manganaro of Maynard; Linda Manganaro of Framingham; and Sue Dicasolo and husband Phil of Hickory, NC; grandchildren; Chuck Manganaro, Laurie Gibbs, Kathryn Cartwright, Mark Manganaro, Andre Manganaro, Samantha Cone, Molly Manganaro, Vincent Manganaro, and Sophia Manganaro, and great-grandchildren: Noah Gibbs, Olivia Gibbs, Malcolm Gibbs, Autumn Gibbs, Ashlyn Krasnow and Matilda Cartwright.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Thursday July 14 at 9 a.m. in St. Cecilia’s Parish, 54 Esty Stret in Ashland, with burial to follow in Wildwood Cemetery in Ashland. 

Visiting hours will be held Wednesday from 4 to 7 PM in the Matarese Funeral Home, 325 Main Street in Ashland.
