FRAMINGHAM – Framingham Police arrested a Florida man on Tuesday morning, after a crash on Route 30.
Police were called to 490 Cochituate Road for a crash at 12:51 a.m. on June 28.
The operator “struck a curb and retaining wall and was found to be operating under the influence,” said Framingham Police spokesperson Lt. Rachel Mickens.
Police arrested Kevin B. Fernandes, 30, of Jacksonville Florida. He was charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol.
