1 Farmers’ market is open today from 3 to 7 p.m. at the Framingham Centre Common. Some of the food trucks may appear as early as noon at the Common. Click here for a complete list of vendors.

2. The School Committee elected a new clerk – District 6 member Valerie Ottaviani. The vote was 7-2 with District 4 member Adam Freudberg and District 7 member Tiffanie Maskell voting for Maskell.

There are no CITY OF FRAMINGHAM meetings scheduled today.

3. Today is the last day for Framingham State University President F. Javier Cevallos, who is retiring.

4. The Framingham History Center has a lecture on the Fullers tonight at 7.

The program focuses on Dr. Solomon Carter Fuller, America’s first Black psychiatrist and his renowned sculptress wife, Meta Warrick Fuller. Tickets are $5 for members and $10 for non members.

5. The Framingham Public Library is doing a program on Butterflies & Moths today from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m. at the McAuliffe Library branch

Program is paid for by the Framingham Cultural Council and through the Mass Cultural Council.
