LOWELL – A Missing Lowell teen could be in the Framingham area, said Lowell Police.

Rhaissa DeSouza, 16-year-old female is missing.

The 5’2”, brown hair, brown eyes teen was last seen wearing blue jeans, black sweatshirt, & light pink Nike Air sneakers.
