FRAMINGHAM – The Massachusetts Department of Transportation (MassDOT) is announcing it will be conducting overnight construction operations at the Route 9 westbound ramps to Route 126 northbound and Beacon Street in Framingham. The work will require temporary overnight closures as outlined below.
- The Route 9 westbound ramp to Beacon Street in Framingham will be closed from Sunday, June 26, through Monday, June 27 between the hours of 9 p.m. and 5 a.m. During the work traffic traveling on Route 9 westbound will be directed to use the Route 30 Cochituate Road ramp.
- The Route 126 northbound ramp to Route 9 westbound in Framingham will be closed from Sunday, June 26, through Monday, June 27 between the hours of 9 p.m. and 5 a.m. Traffic looking to access Route 9 westbound from Route 126 northbound will be directed to use the Fairbanks Street/Beacon Street ramp.

Appropriate signage, law enforcement details, and messaging will be in place to guide drivers through the work area.
Drivers who are traveling through the affected areas should expect delays, reduce speed, and use caution.
