FRAMINGHAM – Framingham Police arrested a Boston man yesterday, June 21 on a breaking & entering and other charges.

The breaking & entering was reported at around 2 p.m. at 5 Beaver Park Road.

“The apartment owner was notified by a home security system and they notified police,” said Framingham Police spokesperson Lt. Robert Sibilio.

The robber gained access to the apartment through a window, said police.

Police arrested at 3:55 p.m. at 5 Beaver Park Road, Charles Ruben, 31 of 24 Avila Road of Boston.

He was charged with larceny from a building (felony), breaking & entering daytime and possession of burglarious instruments.

“Jewelry and personal items were stolen” from the apartment said Lt. Sibilio.

“It is unknown at this time if he is responsible for any other crimes in the area,” said the police spokesperson.
