Police Arrest Framingham Man on Strangulation Charge

FRAMINGHAM – A Framingham man was arrested by Framingham Police yesterday, June 12 after a dispute with his landlord, according to Framingham Police.

Arrested at 1:09 a.m. on Sunday, June 12 was Marlon Paixao, 45, of 126 Beaver Street in Framingham.

Paixao was charged with strangulation or suffocation

“He grabbed her by the throat,” said Framingham Police spokesperson Lt. Rachel Mickens. “The (female) victim had a hard time breathing..

“Paixao assaulted his landlord during a dispute over rent,” said Lt. Mickens.
