FRAMINGHAM – Over the weekend, Framingham police responded to a report of a fight, where an individual showed a firearm. One Framingham man was arrested.

Police officers arrested at 2:15 a.m. on Saturday, Nicholas Thomas, 32, of 67 Higgins Road of Framingham.

He was charged with carrying a firearm without a license, defacing a serial number of a firearm, and firearm violence with a prior violent/drug crime.

“Officers responded a report of a fight where a firearm was shown by Thomas. Thomas was located on scene.  A firearm with the serial number defaced was recovered from the scene,” (Beaver Terrace Circle) said Framingham Police spokesperson Lt. Rachel Mickens.

“One person suffered minor injuries as a result of the fight,” on Saturday, June 4, said Lt. Mickens.

Framingham Police said the “booking photo is unavailable.”
