FRAMINGHAM – Framingham’s Judith Levine and her Pink Lady Pavers walked to raise money for the Mass General Hospital’s Paving the Path Wellness Program.

Participants were asked to walk a 5K, virtually, as part of the hospital’s Breast Cancer 5K to support the program.

Based on the principles of lifestyle medicine, Paving the Path to Wellness is a 12-week program which provides education on the importance of physical activity, healthy eating, sleep, stress management, and the power of personal connections for women of all ages with a diagnosis of breast cancer.

Levine, a Framingham resident, and her pavers walked to and from and around Cushing Memorial Park this weekend.

She and her team participated in the 5K on National Cancer Survivors Day 2022 Sunday, June 5.  On this day “people around the world will unite to recognize cancer survivors, raise awareness of the ongoing challenges cancer survivors face, and – most importantly – celebrate life.”

Levin’s goal is to raise $10,000 and she is very close to that goal.
