FRAMINGHAM – The City of Framingham’s first Chief of Staff is leaving after less than 6 months on the job.

Chief of Staff Susan Nicholl last day of work will be on June 17.

Nicholl left the staff of Senate President Karen Spilka to take on the new Chief Off Staff position in the City of Framingham.

“We wanted to let our colleagues in the city staff know that Susan will be leaving her position as Chief of Staff later this month.  We have enjoyed working together, and in partnership with so many people internally and externally, to have the most successful transition possible for the Sisitsky Administration,” announced Mayor Charlie Sisitsky and Chief of Staff Nicholl to employees this morning, June 1.

“Susan will continue in her role through June 17 to tie up current projects and to be available to colleagues as needed,” said the Mayor. “We are proud of the work we have done since taking office on January 3, and know that the work of the last five months provides a strong foundation for the future.”
