FRAMINGHAM – St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church was the beneficiary of an Eagle Scout Service Project designed to create an outdoor congregational space at the Framingham church.

Eagle Scout candidate Ryan Kulp of Framingham, a member of Troop 78, carried out his project yesterday, Mary 7.

Kulp, 15, is a tenth grader at Framingham High.

He planned the project, secured the materials, and organized several of his fellow Scouts to assist him with water sealing all wood materials, building and installing a fence around an exposed utility meters, spreading mulch, and assembling a picnic table.

More than 8 Scouts and several parents volunteered to help on the project.
