FRAMINGHAM – Ruth Helen (Paschen) Currier, 89, a resident of Framingham for more than 68 years died late Sunday May 1, 2022 after a long illness.

She was the wife of the late Wayne E. Currier who passed away in 1999. 

Born in Chicago, she was a daughter of the late Henry Paul and Margaret (Holzman) Paschen.

Mrs. Currier worked for many years as an assembler at both Kidde Fenwal locally and Viasystems in Pawtucket RI.

She is survived by her children: Margaret LePage & husband Alan of Holliston, Catherine Flem & husband Jon Eric of Norfolk and John Currier of Hopedale; a sister: Marie Flaugher & husband Michael of Ohio; her grandchildren: Christine Wheeler, Michelle Leanna & husband Edward all of Worcester and Meaghan Taft & husband Joel of Windham, NH, Wesley LePage of Holliston, John Currier, Jr. of Hopedale and Graham Lage of Worcester;  great grandchildren: Catherina Wheeler, Shane Taft and Sylvie Taft; and several nieces and nephews.  She was predeceased by siblings Henry R. Paschen, Margaret (Paschen) Stull, Janet (Paschen) Kramer and Jack Paschen. 

A graveside service will be held Friday May 6, 2022 at 11 a.m. at St. Tarcisius Cemetery, corner of Winthrop Street & Bethany Road in Framingham. 

There are no visiting hours.
