FRAMINGHAM – Miriam Jordan, of Framingham, formerly of Newton and Brighton, passed away peacefully on April 23, 2022.

Beloved wife of 58 years to Thomas E. Jordan. Devoted mother of Michele Burns and her husband Steven of Framingham, and Thomas C. Jordan of Framingham. Loving Mimi of Brian Burns. Sister of the late James Dalton and Peter Dalton. She is also survived by many beloved nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.

All who knew and loved Miriam will remember fondly, her radiant smile, quick wit, loving nature, and devotion to her family, Miriam’s long struggle with dementia did not diminish her beautiful spirit in any way. Throughout her journey, she never lost her ability to connect with family and friends with love and laughter. The Jordan family wishes to extend their sincere appreciation to Miriam’s care givers, and everyone who helped to ensure she was well taken care of. We are eternally grateful to you, for your love, and support over the years.

Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend her funeral Mass Saturday, April 30, 2022, at 11 a.m. at St. Bridget Church, 830 Worcester Road in Framingham.

Burial will follow at Edgell Grove Cemetery in Framingham.

Visiting hours at the Norton Funeral Home, 53 Beech Street, (Corner of Union Ave.) Framingham will be Friday, April 29, 2022, from 4-7 p.m. 

In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Miriam may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association, 309 Waverly Oaks Rd., Waltham, MA 02452.
