MARLBOROUGH – Jeanne (Rougeau) Plourde, 90, of Marlborough, died Sunday, March 27, 2022 at Coleman House in Northborough..

She was the daughter of the late Raymond H. and Thelma (Brigham) Rougeau and wife of the late J. Paul E. Plourde to whom she was married to for 48 years.   She was predeceased by her brothers, Raymond and Edward Rougeau and her sister Lorraine Sullivan.

Jeanne was born in Marlborough and was a proud graduate of Saint Anne’s Academy.

  She was an active member of St. Mary’s Church where she taught CCD for many years.

Jeanne was a long time Dental Office Manager for Dr. Joseph Conrad and Dr. Claude Comas.  She was well known for her homemade chocolate chip cookies and her family loved her French meat pies.

Jeanne enjoyed reading, treasured her outings to Maine and loved spending time with her family.

Jeanne is survived by her sons, David Plourde, John Plourde and Stephen Plourde and his wife Susan, all of Marlborough and her daughters, Jeanne-Marie Plourde and her partner Russell Jordan, of Cocoa, FL, Michelle Plourde Herlihy and her husband Michael, of Marlborough and Colette Stukas and her husband Brian of Somerset.  She was the proud grandmother to several grandchildren as well as one great- granddaughter.  She also leaves behind many nieces and nephews.

A funeral Mass will be celebrated on Monday, April 4, 2022, at 10 a.m.at St. Matthias Church, 409 Hemenway Street in Marlborough, MA 01752.

Burial will follow at St. Mary’s Cemetery, Beach Street in Marlborough.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Jeanne’s name can be made to Huntington’s Disease Society of America, HDSA MA/RI Chapter, PO Box 95142, Newton, MA 02495
