FRAMINGHAM – Paula F. (Fitzgerald) Dallamora, 90, a longtime resident of Framingham and currently Mashpee, died March 25, 2022 after a brief illness with her family by her side

Born in Waltham she was the daughter of the late John & Mary (Small) Fitzgerald, and the beloved wife of Joseph W. Dallamora.

Paula was a 1949 graduate of Waltham High School. After, she settled in Framingham where she raised 5 children.

Later she returned to school, became an LPN and worked at Waltham Hospital and Leonard Morse Hospital for nearly 20 years.

During that time, Paula met the love of her life Joe. Together they enjoyed Cape Cod, travel, the ocean, walks by the beach and reading a good book.

Family was everything to Paula and she is survived by her children, Jennifer McCready & her husband Robert Lacy, Christopher Connolly, Duncan Connolly & his wife Jackie, Jeffrey Connolly, and David Connolly, her step children, Joseph Dallamora, Jr. & his wife Mirjam, James Dallamora & his wife Lisa, her grandchildren, Nicholas McCready & his wife Sarah, Garrett McCready & his wife Jordyn, Kaitlyn Barri & her husband Nayden, Dante Dallamora, and Rachel Dallamora,  her great grandchildren, Colin and Jenna McCready, Sienna and Saige Barri, and Cameron McCready.

Paula was predeceased by her siblings, David Fitzgerald and Elaine Wojtanowski, and her step daughter, Teresa Dallamora.

Family and friends will honor and remember Paula’s life by gathering for visiting hours in the McCarthy, McKinney & Lawler Funeral Home, 11 Lincoln St. Framingham on Tuesday March 29 from 3-6p.m.

Her Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday morning in St. George Church, 74 School St. Saxonville, at 10 o’clock.

Interment will follow in St. Stephen Cemetery in Framingham.
