FRAMINGHAM – The City of Framingham held a groundbreaking ceremony for its first dog park today, March 4.

Spearheaded by Shannon Stevens and FramBark, 90% of the park will be funded through a grant by the Stanton Foundation.

The City began work on the park last month. It is expected to be completed later this year.

It is located next to the Skate Park, on the banks of Farm Pond, near the baseball complex.

SOURCE will have more photos, video, and a full report this weekend.
