FRAMINGHAM – The City of Framingham’s Community Health Manager has resigned.

Promoted to the City’s Community Health Manager in August 2020, Kelly Joseph left the City of Framingham in February 2022.

The position oversees all the grants in the Health Department.

She was in that position for 19 months. Prior to that she was employed with the Health Department since November 2016 as a Community Health Program Coordinator.

Joseph has accepted a position to be the Career Services Director for Advocates for Human Potential, Inc

She graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder in 2009 with a Bachelor of Arts in sociology.

The City of Framingham has not yet posted the position.

The City also still needs to fill the Assistant Health Director position which has been vacant since mid-2021.
