Police: Driver Strikes Telephone Pole on Edgell Road

FRAMINGHAM – A driver was cited after a crash on Edgell Road Wednesday afternoon, according to police.

Police & fire responded to a crash at 1148 Edgell Road at 4:07 p.m. yesterday.

“The operator veered into the opposite lane of traffic and struck a telephone pole,” said Framingham Police Lt. Rachel Mickens. “The pole was broken and traffic was detoured.”

No one was injured, said police.

“The operator was cited,” said Lt. Mickens.
