FRAMINGHAM – Framingham Police arrested two men after a motor vehicle stop last week, after finding a loaded gun, ammunition, and drugs in the vehicle.
The arrest was made on February 23 at 2:15 a.m. at Concord and Howard Street in Framingham.

Police stopped the vehicle for “equipment violation” according to the police spokesperson.
Police arrested the driver and the passenger, after officers “observed several ounces amount of marijuana in the backseat” said Lt. Rachel Mickens.
Police also located “a loaded .380 Glock, a box of ammunition and multiple prescription pills,” said Lt. Mickens.
Arrested was Walter A. Sanchez, 21, of 15 Westgate Road in Framingham.
Sanchez was charged with carrying a firearm without a license, possession of ammunition with out a FID card, lights violation with a motor vehicle, possession of a Class E drug, possession of a Class B drug, and possession of a class D drug with intent to distribute. He was the driver of the vehicle.

Police also arrested Andy A. Santos, 22, of 6 Interfaith Terrace. He was charged with carrying a firearm without a license, possession of ammunition with out a FID card, possession of a Class E drug, possession of a Class B drug, and possession of a class D drug with intent to distribute. He was the passenger of the vehicle.
