FRAMINGHAM – The Framingham Public Library’s Lifelong Learning Lecture Series continues on Thursday with a discussion on education.

The guest speaker will be Kelly Ann Kolodny, Professor of Education and Program Chair for Child and Family Studies, Framingham State University.

She will discuss her recent book Moments That Matter in the Learning & Development of Children: Reflection From Educators.

Her book explores pre-school to 12th grade teachers and administrators insights about moments that matter in the learning and development of children. She examines the diverse conceptions of moments that matter, the timing of them and how they may unfold between young people and their educators.

The Lifelong Learning lecture series is a collaboration between the public library and Framingham State University.

The February 24, program is free. It starts at 7 p.m. and will be on Zoom.
