FRAMINGHAM – Three individuals were taken to the hospital, and one person was arrested following a rollover crash on Route 9 at 1:45 a.m. yesterday, February 9.

A vehicle struck a guardrail and rolled over at 653 Worcester Road in Framingham, according to the police log.

“Three passengers were taken to the hospital via ambulance with non-life-threatening injuries,” said Framingham Police spokesperson Lt. Rachel Mickens.

Two were taken to MetroWest Medical center in Framingham and one was transported to UMass Memorial Medical Center in Worcester, said Lt. Mickens.

Two were taken to MWMC and one to UMass Worcester.  The operator was arrested.

At 2:37 a.m. Police arrested Micheal Ozigbo, 24, of 5 Lakeview Avenue of Framingham.

He was charged with operating a motor vehicle without a license and failure to stay within marked lanes.
