FRAMINGHAM – A snow emergency parking ban on all arterial roads will go into effect tomorrow morning, Saturday January 29, at 6 a.m.. and last until 6 a.m.Monday, January 31 announced the City of Framingham today, at 2:30 p.m.

Arterial roads are designated with posted red and white signs. This parking ban is in addition to the citywide year-round odd/even parking restriction on all streets. Residents are encouraged to seek off-street parking and not interfere with snow clearing operations. Any vehicle obstructing snow clearing operations will be towed.

The Recycling Drop-Off Center will be closed to the public Saturday, January 29 and Sunday, January 30.

Both libraries, which include the main branch at 49 Lexington Street and the Christa McAuliffe
Branch Library at 746 Water Street, will be closed on Saturday, January 29. Full access to electronic materials and more information is available at framinghamlibrary.org

City of Framingham Department of Parks, Recreation, & Culture closings:
• Recreation programs – Closed Saturday and Sunday
• Council on Aging/Callahan Senior Center – Closed Saturday and Sunday
