FRAMINGHAM – A woman, in her 40s, was struck while in a crosswalk at the intersection of Lincoln & Pearl streets in downtown Framingham on Wednesday morning, January 26.

Framingham police officers & firefighters responded to the incident at 7:41 a.m.

The woman was injured and transported to Beth Israel Hospital in Boston via ambulance, said Framingham Police spokesperson Lt. Rachel Mickens.

“She has non-life-threatening injuries,” said Lt. Mickens.

The driver, a woman in her 30’s, did remain on scene, said Lt. Mickens.

The driver was cited, said Lt. Mickens.
