NORTON – The National Weather Service is saying their is the potential for a nor’easter Friday into Saturday, January 29.

There are multiple tracking models, predicting anywhere from 6 inches of snow, to a foot of snow, or more.

The storm is likely to start Friday night and last until Saturday night.

The South Shore, the Cape and the Islands could see sustainable winds about 50 miles per hour with the stor,.

In MetroWest, one model shows about a half foot of snow, another show a foot of snow.

The storm could bring damaging winds, and astronomical tides on the coast.
