FRAMINGHAM – Framingham Police arrested a Framingham Man, driving a dirt bike, on several motor vehicle violations, including driving without a license.

Police arrested on January 18, at 1:53 p.m. Jayson Garcia, 20, of 34 Benson Avenue of Framingham.

He was charged with operating a motor vehicle without a license, operating a motor vehicle with out registration, operating a motor vehicle without insurance, failure to stop for police, and negligent operation of a vehicle.

“An officer attempted to conduct a motor vehicle stop Hollis Street,” said Framingham Police.

“Garcia, who was riding a dirt bike, went around another vehicle and did not stop until onto Bates Road,” said Framingham Police spokesperson Lt. Rachel Mickens.
