FRAMINGHAM – Police are investigating a “fatal pedestrian accident” that happened Sunday night, January 17 around 9, said Framingham Police Lt. Rachel Mickens.
The male pedestrian was struck near 1701 Worcester Road, near the intersection of California Avenue and Worcester Road.
The victim was in his 40s, said police.
“We will not release the identity until next of kin has been notified,” said Lt. Mickens.
Route 9 westbound was closed last night for a couple of hours.
Framingham Police are investigating.
