FRAMINGHAM – Framingham High will unpause athletics starting tomorrow, January 14, but attendance at sporting events will be limited.

The high school will limit each Flyers to just two spectators per game.

Last week, the Mayor & the Superintendent of Schools announced a 2-week pause on indoor group activities, including athletics. Cases in the City were at more than 1,700 active cases.

Yesterday, the City and the school district announced the pause would be lifted after one week on Friday.

Cases yesterday in the City were at more than 3,300 active cases and 1,900 new cases in the last 7 days.

The co-ed gymnastics team is expected to have its first meet in 2 years tomorrow night.

Framingham High girls basketball team will host Braintree High at 6:30 p.m. on Friday.
