2. The City of Framingham will distribute “about 500″rapid COVID test kits today of the 10,000 given to the City from the Baker-Polito administration.

Roughly 10,000 students will return to the Framingham Public School District on Monday, January 3.

3. According to the Mayor’s publicly posted schedule, Mayor Yvonne Spicer has no public events today or this week on her calendar. Her final day in office is Friday, December 31.

The inauguration for Mayor-elect Charlie Sisitsky and other elected officials is Saturday, January 1 at noon. It will be a virtual event for the public.

5. City hall is open until 5 p.m. today. It is closed on Friday, Dec. 31.
