Vigil For Democracy on January 6 in Framingham

FRAMINGHAM- There will be a vigil for Democracy on the January 6, 2022, the 1st Anniversary of the Capitol Insurrection.

More than 200 communities across America are hosting vigils, including Framingham.

The vigil in the City of Framingham is scheduled for 6 p.m. on January 6 at the Downtown Common.

Partner organizations for the Framingham vigil include League of Women Voters, SEIU, Sierra Club , End Citizens United, Unitarian Universalist Association , Swing Blue Alliance, Progressive Democrats Of America, MA Standing Up for Racial Justice, Common Cause, Women’s March, Framingham SOURCE, and others.

Please bring a candle to the vigil.
