FRAMINGHAM – Framingham Police officers arrested a man on his second offense for drunk driving over the weekend.

Police responded to a report of a crash at High & State Street involving just a single vehicle on December 18 around 7;45 p.m.

“Officers observed an open container of alcohol in the vehicle,” said Framingham Police spokesperson Lt. Rachel Mickens.

Police arrested at 7:50 p.m. Jason Campbell, 51, of 17 Seminole Avenue in Framingham.

He was charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, second offense, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle after license suspended, and driving a motor vehicle with an open container of alcohol.
