FRAMINGHAM – Police arrested a Framingham man on a drunk driving charge just after midnight on Thursday, December 16.

“An officer conducted a motor vehicle stop after observing multiple motor vehicle violations,” said Framingham Police spokesperson Lt. Rachel Mickens.

The driver “was determined to be operating under the influence of alcohol and without a license,” said Lt. Mickens.

Police arrested at 294 Waverley Street at 12:25 a.m. Fabio Leite, 46, of 10 Greenview Street of Framingham.

He was charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, operating a motor vehicle without a license, failure to stay within marked lanes, and a stop sign.red light violation.
