2 Framingham Restaurants Choose Not To Renew Wine & Malt Licenses

FRAMINGHAM – Two Framingham restaurants are choosing not to renew their wine & malt licenses with the City of Framingham, according to the Framingham License Commission

Welcome India at 770 Worcester Road (Route 9) and Green Leaf Vegetarian & Vegan Restaurant at 62 Water Street have both not renewed their license for 2022.

Ironically, Green Lead in February of 2018, was the first alcohol license awarded by the newly-created City of Framingham License Commission.

The Framingham License Commission noted last night that the two establishments, along with two closed restaurants TGI Fridays and John Harvards did not file paperwork for a wine & malt license in 2022.
