FRAMINGHAM – Robert F. Rullie, 84, a longtime resident of Framingham died Monday, December 6, 2021 following a lengthy illness.  

Born in Natick, he was the son of the late Samuel & Giovanna (Casaly) Rullie.

Bob was raised and educated in Natick and Framingham Schools. He later joined the MA National Guard and served for five years in the US Air Force.

He was a production supervisor at Waters Manufacturing in Wayland, and proudly owned and operated Tidy House Cleaning Service for over 20 years, serving the greater MetroWest community.

Bob also was a licensed real estate broker and took evening classes at MIT and MassBay Community College.

Bob enjoyed metal detecting, coin collecting, crossword puzzles and the occasional round of golf. More then anything he was always there for others; he was handy and could help with anything. Bob always offered words of support and encouragement to everyone. His positive attitude was contagious.

Bob is survived by his loving wife, Anne (Giammarinaro) Rullie of Framingham, his children, Robert G. of Framingham, Scott A. & his wife Marcia of Millville, and Laura of Forestdale. In addition, Bob is survived by his grandchildren, Matthew J. Carey, Michael Raymond, Sarah Rullie, and Noah Raymond, and many nieces, nephews and friends. Bob was predeceased by his siblings, Carmen, Katherine Aviles, Elizabeth Bagley, and Dorothy Monroe.

Family and friends will honor and remember Bob’s life by gathering for visiting hours in the McCarthy, McKinney & Lawler Funeral Home, 11 Lincoln St. Framingham on Sunday December 12 from 2-5 PM.

His Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Monday morning at St. Bridget’s Church, 830 Worcester Rd., Framingham at 10 o’clock.

Interment will follow in St. Tarcisius Cemetery in Framingham.
