FRAMINGHAM – Police arrested a teen, 13, after he broke into the Wayside facility on Frederick Abbot Way on Friday, December 3.

Police received a report of a breaking & entering at Wayside Youth & Family Services at 10:57 a.m.

At 12:27 p.m. Framingham Police arrested a 13-year old male and charged him with breaking & entering daytime felony, larceny over $1,200, vandalism, breaking & entering nighttime, and burglary.

The 13-teen-year-old “broke into a room within the facility and took a gift card.  He also caused damage to a door,” said Framingham Police Lt. Rachel Mickens.

Under state law, the name of a juvenile arrested is not allowed to be made public.
