ASHLAND – The Massachusetts Interlocal Insurance Association
awards the Town of Ashland $30,886 in insurance credits through the Fiscal Year 2021
Rewards Program. This credit applies to premium reductions on workers’ compensation,
property, and casualty insurance costs during the fiscal year.

The Town of Ashland earned this credit by participating in training and seminars including
school district liability, cyber security, labor relations, and other initiatives supported by the MIAA Rewards incentive program.

“The Town of Ashland greatly benefits from the MIIA Rewards Program. This program
complements our commitments to safety and financial stability. Participating in the training
courses provides an opportunity to strengthen and protect our team. This rewards program is
cost- effective as we save money on our insurance expenses and cost for training programs,”
said Town Manager Michael Herbert.
