FRAMINGHAM – A COVID pediatric vaccine clinic at Harmony Grove Elementary School on Saturday, November 20, administered more than 500 vaccines.

Sponsored by MetroWest Pharmacy, Framingham Public Schools, and the City of Framingham, the clinic administered more than 300 vaccines by noon.

Earlier this month, the Centers For Disease Control, recommended COVID vaccines for those age 5 and older.

This was the first clinic the school department had held since that CDC recommendation.

In total, 510 vaccines were administered on Saturday.

Mayor Yvonne Spicer and School Committee Chair Adam Freudberg stopped by the clinic around noon yesterday.
