FRAMINGHAM – Police arrested a Rhode Island man for driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol on Route 9 early Thursday morning.

The police report was not available for this incident this afternoon, November 19.

Police arrested James Manner, 26, of 53 Merino Street of Johnston, Rhode Island at 1:48 a.m. on Route 9 on November 18.

Police were called to 92 Worcester Road for an investigation.

Manner was charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, driving a motor vehicle with an open container of alcohol, and negligent operation of a motor vehicle.
